Claims Services

Glencairn's claims advocacy is more than a support function. Our claims department is the 'shop window' of the company, in contrast to many of our peers and competitors who see it as an 'after sales' and/or outsourced service.

It is Glencairn's 'modus operandi' to involve the claims team during renewal in quote discussions with clients, in order that clients can benefit first hand from their experiences and advice.

The claims teams are fully committed to the efforts being made within our markets to streamline the processing of claims through electronic systems, as we believe these will be of significant benefit and value to our clients.
