With approximately 150 people worldwide, we have a wealth of experienced and professional staff to utilise in servicing our business. It is the quality, passion and commitment of these people that invariably gives us the edge over other independent brokers.
Whether client-facing or infrastructure staff, we seek and employ people who share our values. We do not outsource critical work or roles outside of the organisation, nor do we locate our technical staff separately from our broking teams. This creates a quicker and more holistic service for clients.
